Products once ordered are not returnable or refundable unless the products are delivered in damaged condition or if any wrong product is delivered. In such circumstances, option to return items purchased from the Site should be placed within 15 days of purchase of such product.
Shipping fees for return of products shall remain your sole responsibility. The present right of return only applies to products that are returned in their original, complete, unassembled condition with preferably the original packaging accompanied with original invoice. The refund against returned products shall be initiated after receipt of such products by the Company.
